The scientific journal Nutrients, has published the study: ‘Reported Dietary Intake and Food Sources of Zinc, Selenium, and Vitamins A, E and C in the Spanish Population: Findings from the ANIBES Study’ .
The ANIBES scientific study on food and nutrition surveys gathers in the same research, for the first time in Spain, the assessment and anthropometric data, macronutrients and micronutrients intake, as well as the level of physical activity and the socioeconomic data of the population.
The study includes a representative sample of the population living in Spain and incorporates as a new feature the use of new technologies for the data collection, recording and analysis.
This research work has been conducted by the Spanish Nutrition Foundation (FEN) with the participation of a scientific committee of experts.
